Before & After photo of front of House renovated in Spring Lake NJ on Salem Ave with a full second floor addition.
MCHUGH SOLUTION: This house was opened up from its small, compartmentalized kitchen, dining, and living areas into one “open-concept” space. The space features taller cathedral ceilings with the warm character of beams. Friends & family can gather around the island and casual dining table while chatting with the chef at the center of it all!
MCHUGH SOLUTION: This property was located steps from the ocean. It’s mid-century bungalow was transformed into a gambrel shingle style home with lots of architectural detail. The home was designed (in association with Architect’s Studio) to accommodate friends and family visiting for the day or the week.
MCHUGH SOLUTION: This 1-story residence was redesigned to create more space. Also, we approached the design with timeless, classic architectural details.
MCHUGH SOLUTION: Devastated by Sandy, this existing traditional Manasquan beach home was transformed into a modern beach get away. By lifting the house and transforming the interior and exterior, the house has been re-imagined into a warm modern beach home. The material selection of natural materials (cedar tongue and grove siding and a grey stone) created a warm feel to the overall modern design. Creating a balcony on the master bedroom level and an outdoor entertainment area on the third level allows our clients to fully enjoy beach living and views to the ocean. See more photos
